Find and heal your bartender body's blind spots: areas that are overused, underused, misused, or abused. This mindfully intense class combines dynamic, isometric, and isotonic movements that work deep into the muscle, then transitions to deep stretches to balance the body through a combination of alignment-based corrective exercise, stress reduction, and self-myofascial massage elements. Designed specifically for bartenders, by a bartender, no prior workout experience is necessary, and non-bartenders are welcome. You need only wear loose fitting, stretchy, or comfortable clothing. Mats and stretching implements will be provided, and there will be an optional 3 mile run post-class for those interested.
