So someone told you you’re a hot shot bartender? Forget about opening another bar – that’s so last year. Your next step is opening your own distillery! (ok, throw in a brewery, too) From start-up to day-to-day operations and production, this is a field trip to Dorcol Distilling and a hands-on lesson on milling, mashing, fermenting, and both beer stripping and spirit run distilling. (transportation will be provided or you may arrive and depart on your own)

*Attendees will depart from and return to Bohanan's valet curb on Houston St.  (Departure at 10:30am promptly, returning to Bohanan's at 2pm)
