You do not need washboard abs to have a strong core, but you do need a strong core to sustain you through 14-hour shifts. With nary a single crunch involved, this intense but manageable class will focus on strengthening your abs, glutes, and lower back to provide increased range of motion, improved posture and balance, and endurance for inescapable marathon shifts. Designed specifically for bartenders, by a bartender, no prior workout experience is necessary, and non-bartenders are welcome. You need only wear loose fitting, stretchy, or comfortable clothing. Mats will be provided, and there will be an optional 3 mile run post-class for those interested.
