THE CONFERENCE | The First in Texas

Modeled on the wildly popular Manhattan Cocktail Classic and New Orleans' Tales of the Cocktail event,  San Antonio's own Cocktail Conference was the first of its kind in Texas. Every year, it brings together top bartenders and cocktail aficionados for four days of educational seminars, guided tastings and cocktail parties.  Conference proceeds benefit HeartGift San Antonio.

HeartGift is a group of surgeons, pediatric cardiologists, medical personnnel, volunteers, and host families dedicated to providing lifesaving heart surgery to disadvantaged children living in developing countries where specialized treatment is scarce or non-exsistent.  Since its establishment in 2000, HeartGift has helped more than 120 children in 22 countries on five continents.
